Software Description

CDex can extract the data directly from an Audio CD, which is generally called an Audio CD Ripper or a CDDA utility. Of course you can do that also by recording through your sound-card.

However, recording by sampling the signal with your sound card implies that the signal is first has to be converted to an analog signal by the CD-ROM, which is fed into the sound-card and digitized by the sound-card.

In practically all situation the quality of the recording will be deteriorated (unless you have a CD-ROM that has a digital output of course). CDex on the other hand, is reading the digital audio data directly from the disc, which can be stored in either a WAV file or a MPEG (MP2 or MP3) sound file.

The cd-ripper has burned and ripped it's way through my collection of 1564 rap cd's, 896 instrumental cd's, and 4657 diffrent cd's like jazz, gospel, ramintoshi, loust, and harmony now i have a huge collection of mp3's about 103,563,667,878,656,7658,754,097 files. My computer is a lot slower but it's great to have them.I'd pay a 100 dollars for this program.Plus i bootlegged it so i did'nt have to register it.Goddamnit you people cannot possibly have a good lawful destroy file.The only game that did was no$gmb, my site and you can get it by going to nocash.com.see ya fuckers/

to use and FREE! Extracting has never been so easy.
Don't listen to the nay sayers out there; if you want
to extract audio files from yor CD, this is THE program
you should use.

The cdex 1.30 beta 8 is fasted than 1.20.

I suggest that include the possibilite to chose the songs in the cd to extract for example number 1,3,7,17 ...

It doesnt work properly and whoever designed it didnt know what they were doing. No wonder its fee! My advice, dont use it, its a waste of time and space.

You obviously just don't know how to use it.
It works fine on my computer and it's the easiest program that I've ever had to use.
For converting the different music formats, it beats all the other fancy ones!
