Software Description

California Sun is a classic guitar combo amplifier simulator with two channels (Clean and Dirty). This is an amp modeler, which tries to mimic a Mesa style amp. Four knobs, Level, Low, High, and Drive. It's very easy to use.

The link works perfectly fine! It takes you to the Company Download Page where you have to click on "Freetortion Series" to find the download link!
