printing mp3 titles direct from play list
i'm looking for a software that will let you print the play list of the cd you burn form the play list on my pc without going to the net.
i want to slect my tracks, burn, and print out list of tracks . no net, no universal music codes, just my mp3 files, my pc, and me.
if it's out there post it.
if it's not, when its created it will be # 1
is music maker 1.40 the answer ????????

Can't seem to burn a CD
Help[!!! I have a cd burner and have tried 3 different kinds of CD's and it appears to be copying the audio files to the disc but it won't play in my portable player, my home stereo, or my car. I have tried converting from MP3's, changing the MP3's to wavs, and nothing seems to work. Any ideas? Do I have to buy audio cd's? Can't I use just standard CD-R's?? I have tried Verbarim's, Prime Peripherals, and Digital Media.
Help me please!!!

I used an earlier version of this program for about 9 months with no problems. I did have a problem with it once it updated to the newest beta. Its not a hoax, just buggy. They even sell this in stores with no banners or anything in it. Go to www.compusa.com and see for yourself. It worked awesome earlier but the update screwed it up. I now use musicmatch but wish this worked still. It had on the fly normalization, one of the few that I have found that did.

I haven't yet tried it, but judging from the terrible grammar of the person who posted the original msg, well, maybe he just doesn't know how to use it ;)

This program sucks!! It will not burn a cd with out having an error. Program full of bugs. Company gives no support. Stay away from it!!!!!!!

2 times i got most of the way thru a burn only to have it fail - once at 60 percent and the 2nd time got all the way to 93% what a shit.
the second time it even passed a simulation test but when it came to the real deal fucked up, tellling me to use slower speed - u dont get slower than 1x?
what a waste of time - downloading and attempting to burn.

well, what I've noticed is that sometimes the quality of the cds can affect the burnprocess. Can't be sure if that's the case here. I had a bad experience with one brand, out of ten cds I only managed to burn 1. The program I used then works perfectly with other brands. And those cds got fucked up with other programs too. So it's not always the program that's at fault.
What's the Score?
I don't get it. Why is CD burning not illegal, or is it? How are you getting around the copyright laws? CD burning; bootlegging...this must really tick the artists off, no? What about the industries whose hands are tied by the law, such as retailers? Or can they make their own CD's now and sell them? No? Didn't think so. Yeah, I'm just curious, that's all. I know it's the going thing.
Burning more than 74min MP3s???
Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to burn more than 74 min of MP3s to a CD? Is there a prog that lets u do this? I have heard people saying that they have burned 60+ Mp3s to CD and it plays in regular stereo CD player??? Any truth to this? Thanks.

NO! a regular audio CD has exactly 74 minutes of playtime period.. you can burn 10 hours of music in MP3 format, but it WILL NOT work in a regular CD player, although they did just come out with a CD player that plays CD's and MP3's www.freshgear.com might have a link.. it's portable and only costs like 100 bucks.. so that might be helpful to ya..
