Studio Devil Windows based Plug-ins now have 64-bit Support
After updating their Mac plug-ins, Studio Devil has added the same 64 bit support to their Windows based guitar amplifier / effects plug-ins.
Studio Devil is a designer of guitar and bass tube amp emulation software. Their products are packaged as plug-ins for your DAW / host recording software, and as a standalone application for live play. Their software uses the Gallo Engineering technology to provide you with a digital alternative to getting great sounding tube tones.
Aside from the 64bit support, the updates also fixes a number of issues on all their virtual amp plug-ins. Studio Devil strongly advises that you get the update even if you do not have 64-bit hosts yet. You can easily get the updates from StudioDevil.com.
As a side note, Studio Devil mentioned that even users of Mac based plug-ins should re-download and re-install the updates so that they can benefit the latest fixes for system stability issues.
All of the Studio Devil plug-ins including those that run on Windows platform, are now compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit hosts. The updated Windows plug-ins and their new versions are listed below:
