Retro Synths free with Ableton
Ableton Live 8 and Suite 8 users will get Puremagnetik's Retro Synths for free until the end of October.
Registered users of Live 8 and Suite 8 should be excited because they are treated to a free instrument, they can download Puremagnetik's Retro Synths for free. New purchases of Ableton Live 8 and Suite 8 or any relevant upgrades will also entitle the end user free Retro Synths download. Retro Synths is one of the most popular partner instrument of the Ableton Live and Suite and since it works well their products, Ableton decides to give it for free for their customers.
Retro Synths from Puremagnetik has more than 4000 samples from the classic synths of the past three decades, including acid squelch from the Roland TB-303, rich bass sounds from the Minimoog, and the digital "phase distortion" synthesis from the Casio CZ-series.
Retro Synths' latest update introduces two new features: "Modular Patterns" a huge set of resonant leads, thick basses, and other phrases played on classic analog modular systems, and the "Opus", carrying the string, brass and organ sounds of the Moog Opus 3.

Free Retro Synths
