Numark have told us today that they'll soon be releasing a new Hardware DJ Controller with USB called "Mixtrack Pro" bundled with Virtual DJ LE software.

DJs will be instantly familiar with the look and feel and it has everything needed for mixing, scratching, and performing.

It has two deck controllers with large touch-activated jog wheels and transport controls. Whether you're used to a CD player, turntables, or any other traditional DJ hardware, making the switch to a digital setup is made easy.

It also makes use of illuminated Transport, Loop, and Effects buttons for quick referencing during performance on dark stages or in the studio. The center of Mixtrack Pro’s surface is its mixer section with a smooth crossfader, line faders, deck EQs, and advanced controls for looping and effects.

It's also light and portable, so you can pick up a laptop and effortlessly get to the gig.

And of course, it has a microphone input for vocals.

Included in the price is a bundled copy of Virtual DJ LE software for mixing and performing all types of digital audio and video formats, including direct access to iTunes playlists, giving you immediate control over all of Virtual DJ’s parameters for a direct, “hands-on” DJ experience that feels as good as it sounds.

Unfortunately they didn't give us a specific date when it will come out saying only that it will be released sometime between October and December - my guess is that it will before the end of October. They say it will hit the streets at US$249.99 (They gave a higher retail price of $349.00 but nothing ever really sells for that).
