Avid has announced the release of the new Keystation Mini 32 portable keyboard controller.

I have a number of friends that use M-Audio Keyboard controllers both for live performances and recording. They will be quite excited when they hear about this portable Keystation Mini 32 release.

It may look like a toy at first glance, but the Keystation Mini 32 is a full featured keyboard controller. They packed all the features into a small portable package, small enough that it can fit into most backpacks, or laptop bags. Although it's small and lightweight, the Keystation Mini 32 still have a strong and robust build to survive the travels that it was designed to take. The Keystation Mini 32 is primarily designed for musicians on the move.

It is powered via USB for better connectivity options, plug and play and is compatible with the iPad. It sports 32 low profile mini-keys that are velocity and dynamic sensitive. Users can adjust the sensitivity to their playing styles. It has 4 controls that can be configured, including a knob that can do real time adjustments to virtual instrument functions and your DAW.
