Double Sounds from PC & Mixer w/Quick Delay

Hi All:

I am trying Kristal for the first time and it seems very good. I have only a guitar plugged to the mic input. The effects work great but everything is coming out in delay after a note is played. I tried to turn off the PC wave but it stops Kristal's output also. Is there a fix for this?
